Engineer, Educator & Researcher
A multidisciplinary professional with roots in IIT Roorkee, a career spanning telecom engineering and academia, and a passion for applied innovation.
Who I am
I'm Charlie Dadaji Fulzele — an engineer, educator, and researcher based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. With an M.Tech from IIT Roorkee and over 16 years of combined professional experience, I've dedicated my career to bridging the gap between industry and academia.
My journey began in telecom software engineering at Fortuna Technologies (TietoEnator), where I spent over 3 years as a Senior Software Engineer working on 2G and 3G mobile handset testing and integration. That hands-on industry experience became the foundation for over 13 years of teaching at engineering colleges in Nagpur — first at Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering and Research, and currently at Nagarjuna Institute of Engineering, Technology and Management.
Beyond teaching and engineering, I'm an active researcher with 7 published papers across hydro power, mechanical design, and instrumentation — and a proud holder of 2 Design Patents and 1 Utility Patent.
